that certain easement agreement between Rosemary
B. Smith, et al., dated Dfay 1, 1961, recorded in
0. R. Book 11, Page 344, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and TOGETHER {VITN that
certain easement over the South 25' of the North
2320' of the Northwest quarter of said Section
18 for drainage and irrigation purposes as set
forth in 0. R, Book 68, Page 571, Public Records

any and all rights and titles and privileges
and/or interests of the Mortgagor in and to
pumps, pumping stations, water control systems,
drainage and irrigation csnals which Alortgagor
now has or may hereafter have either on said
hereinabove described lands adjacent thereto or
in favor thereof including but not hereb}-
restricting all of the interest of the Aiortgagor
in and to those certain pumps described in as
follows, to-wit:
~ BC pump - s.n. 609 - model 30 - number 36;
BC pump - s.n. 345 - model 36; BC pump - s.n. 30
model 36, which are lo~ated and situated at
the S.W. corner of the S.E. 4 Section 18,
i Township 36 South, Range 38 E. on or adjacent to
~ Central and South Florida Flood Control Canal
~ C23 in St. Lucie County, Florida.
r TOGETHER WITH that certain easement over the
S.25' of the S.ti~'. 4 of Section 7, Township 36 S.
s Range 38 E. for drainage and irrigation purposes
$ as set forth in 0. R. Book 68, Page 571, Public

~ Said mortgage bearing interest at the rate of six (60) percent
