Smith, et al., dated Dfay 1, 1961, recorded in 0. R. Book 11, Page 344, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and TOGETHER {VITN that certain easement over the South 25' of the North 2320' of the Northwest quarter of said Section 18 for drainage and irrigation purposes as set forth in 0.
