Tlie party of the secand part, in consideration of the above extension and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby covenant and agree to pay the principal sum and interest as above set forth on or before the maturity thereof as the same is hereb~~ extended, and to comply with the other terms of said note and mortgage.
