SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That We, JAMES D. REt~ELLE,
GERALD A. REVELLE, and NANCY C. KNIEP, ~~he owners and holders
of a certain mortgage deed executed by EARL M. HORTMAN and ETHEL
HORTMAN, his wife, to PHILIP PEARL, bearing the date of August 20,
1965, and recorded in O.R. Book 126, at page 361, of the PubliE
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain note in
the sum of TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ~
($2,850.00), upon the following described real property:
Lot 10, AZALEA WAY SUBDIVISION, as recorded
in Plat Book 9, page 51, Pub2ic Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida,
hereby acknawledge full payment in satisfaction of said note and f
mortgage deed and surrender the same to be cancelled and hereby
direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court to cancel same of record.
