agrees to be bound by all of said grovisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that all of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby
impresses a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for
his obligations, as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits;
and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium, its ;
exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all
of the warranties, representations and inducements concerninq the purchase by the
~rantee of the land and real property described above.
