1. To make all payments required by that note and this mortgage promptly Khen due.
2. To pay alt taxes, assessments, liens and encumbrances on that pmperty promptJy v~hen due. If
they are not promptly paid, the Diortgagee may pay them without waiving the opt:on to fore~.lose, and such
pa~•ments, w•ith interest thereon from the date of payment at the san;e rate as specified in that note, shalt
also be secured by this mortgage.
f 3. To commit. permit. or suffer no w•aste~ impairment or deterioratien of the trvrtgaged progerty.
; 4. To pay all expenses reasonably incurred by the Mortgagee because of failure of the biortgagor
~ to comply with the agreements in that note or this mortgage. inciuding rea~onable attorne~-~' fees. The cost
~ thereof, with inierest thereon from the day of payment at the same rate as specified in that note, shall also
be secured by this mortgage.
; 5. If any payment pro~ided for in that note is not paid aithin 30 days after it t~ecomes due, or if an3
