WAR.RANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY PEED Made the 13th day of January, A. D. 1972,
by HANS GROSKLOS, grantor, party of the first part herein, to

NANCY R. GROSKLOS, grantee, whose postoffice address is 1102 South

lOth Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the party of

the second part:
WITNESSETH: Whereas title is now held to the land described
herein in the joint names of the parties hereto, and it is the desire
and intention to vest the sole title in the Party of the Second Part,
Now therefore the grantor, for and in.consideration of $10.00 and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby
grants, bargains-, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,
; Florida, viz: ~
` Those parts of Lots 28 and 29 of BZock 20 of PINEWOOD

; SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5,
~ at page 24 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, FZorida,
described by metes and bounds as follows:

Beginning at a point on the front line of Lot 28 which is 25 feet
~ North of the Southwest corner of said lot, thence run Easterly
` parallel with the South Iine of said lot, and the projection
thereof, to the East line of said Lot 28, thence run Southwesterly,
along the rear line of Lot 2$ and the rear line of said Lot 29
to a point on the rear line of Lot 29 which is 20 feet North of
a projection Easterly of the South line of said Lot 29, as
' measured at right angles there~with, thence run Westerly fio a

point on the front line of said Lot 29 which is 20 feet North
' of said South line as measured at right angles therewith, thence

run North to point of beginning.

The above described property being otherwise described as the ~
~ South 25 feet of said Lot 28 and all of Lot 29 except the South 20 feet "
` thereof. This deed subject to a first mortgage in favor of Gulf Life
Insurance Company which grantees agree to assume and pay.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances

thereto belong or in anywise appertaining.
