BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally

appeared GEORGE J. ADLER, who, being duly sworn, says that he
is the attorney of the lienor herein, GREEN BROS. CONSTRUCTION CO.,
whose address is 314 1/2 Bumby, Orlando, Florida, and that in
pursuance of a contract with RIVIERA DEV. CORP., lienor furnished
labor, services all materials consisting of concrete, masonry work
and carpentry work and incidental materials thereto on the following
described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
All of Lot 4 and that part of Lot 3 which lies
southerly of the follawing described line:
Beg inn ing on the fron t 1 ine of sa id
Lot 3 at a point measuring 100 fee
notherly from the SE corner of said
Lot, thence run West parallel with the
southerly line of said lot, to the
rear line thereof, and the end of said
