Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Ardith Bell
Dawkins, who, being duly sworn, deposes and says:

1. That she is the granddaughter of one Lucious Hill who died intestate
on October 7, 19~3, whose death certificate is recorded in ti^.iscellaneous

2. Affiant states that at the time of the canveyance to Edward Hill, her
uncle, b~- warranty deed dated March 15, 1954, recorded in Deed Book 189,
; page 285 covering the following described property to wit:
The North 75 feet of the East 43 feet of the South 150 feet of

; Lot 10 in Wallace's Subdivision in Fort Pierce, ~'lorida, '
~ according to the plat of said Subdivision of record in the office
~ of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said C:ounty,

y the grantors expressed in said deed to wit: Lou A nna Newkirk and ;ier husband,

~ Thelmon Newkirk, and Louise Smith and her husband, Erskine Smith, the said

~ Lou Anna Newkirk, Louise Smith and the aforesaid grantee, Edward Hill were
; the sole and only heirs-at-law of Lucious Hill, deceased and that there were

~ no interested minors in being at the time of said conveyance.
