All persons within the 3urisdiction of this Court who have in
their possession, custody, or control assets of the F.espondent, of
anv kind whatsoever and wheresoever sttuated in this State, includinR,
but not limited to, all offices maintained by the Resaondent and all
ri~hts of action, books~ docu~aents, papers, evidence of debt, and all
other property of every kind belonging to said Respondent, includinq,
but not limited [o, all bank accounts, stocks, bonds, debentures,
mortqages, all premiur~s collected by prer~ium finance companies or any
other person engaged in premium financinR; funds held by agents, sub-
a~ents, brokers, producing aRents, soli~citors, service representatives,
or others, and not paid to the insurer; furniture, fixtures, equinment,
and office supplies; are directed to forthwith deliver unon demand any
