The Mortgagora warrant with the Mortgagee that in the event that at the
beginning of or at any time pending any auit upon this mortgage, or to
foreclose it or to reform it, or to enforcepayment of anq claims hereunder, (
said Mortgagee ehall apply to the court having jurisdiction thereof for the
appoiatment of a Receivet, such court ahall forthvith appoint a Receiver of
said property all and singular, including all and alagular the income, rents,
; profits, and issuea and revenuea froat whatever source d~rived, each and
every of Which, it being expre8sly understood, his hereby mortgaged as if
specifically aat forth and 3escribed in the granting and habendum clauses
hereof, and auch Receiver shall have all the broad and effective funtions
