RMENDf~NT TO ARTYCLES OF INCORPORATION AND BY-LAWS
THE UND~RSI(}NED, being all of the Directora and all of the ~
Membera of COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS ASSO~IATION,NO. 6, INC., hereby
amend the Articles of Incorporation thereof by ~ubstituting for
Paragraph 8.1 of
Article VIII thereof the fo11oN1ng:
The aftaira of the Association ah~ll be managed Dy a Board
of three Directors Nho shall be members oP the Association,
eacept3 that the first Board of Directors shall consiat of
three (3~ directors who need not be members of the Asaoc ation.
The Board of Directors may from time to time increase ~
decrease the nwnber of persona to serve on the Hoard, provided,
hoNever, that the Board ahall con$iat of an odd nwaber of
membera and ahall never be less than three (3) in number.
Any increase or decrease in the number of inembers on the
Board shall be effectuated at leaat thirty (30) days prior
to a regular anriual election of the Board, and such change
in number shall be effective aa of the date of the next
regular election.
WE FURTHER HEAEBY AMEND the By-Laws oP the said corporation so
that Paragraph 3.2 thereof sha12 read as follo~vs:
