13.1 Transfers sub~ect to approval.

~ (a) Sale. No apartment owner may dispose of an apart- ~
ment or ar~y~!"nterest in an apartment by sale without appu~ov- ;
al of the Association. ~

(b) Lease. No apartment owner may lease an apartment ~

written consent of the Board oP Directors of the Association
~ or of the Developer, and such consen~ when once given and
relied upon in connection with the purchase and acquisition
oP a Condominium Apartment Unit may not the~eafter be revolaad
or terminated without the conaent of the apartment owners.
(c) Gift. If any apartment owner shall acquire title
by gift, tF~i -continuance of his ownership of his apartment
shall be sub~ect to the approval of the Association.
(d) Devise or inheritance. If ar~y apartment owner
shall acqu re s e y ev se or inheMtance, the con-
tinuance of his ownership of his apartment shall b~ sub~ect z
to the approval of the Association. ~

(e ) Other Trar~sfers. IP ar~r apartment owner shall
acquire his e y any manner not considered in the fore-
going sub-sections, the continuance of his ownership of his -
s apartment shall be sub~ect to the approval of the Aasocia- ;
tion. '

~ 13:2 Approval by Association. The apprbval oP the Associa- ~
= tion that is requ re or e ransfer of ownership of apartments f
k ehall be obtained in the follawing manner: ~

" (a) Notice to Association. '
~ (1) Sale . An apartment owner interxi ing to make ~
~ a bona fide sale of his apartment or any inte~est in ~
q it shall give to the Association notice of such inten-
~ . tion, together with the name and address of the inten- #
F.~ ded purchaser and such other information concerning ~
the intended purchaser as the Association may reason-
~ ably require. Such notice at the apartment owner's ~
option may include a demand by the apartment owner that ~
~ the Association furnish a purchaser of the apartment `
~ iP the proposed purchaser is not approved; and if such ;
~ . dem~nd ia made, the notice shall be.accompanied by an
~ executed copy oP the proposed contract to sell.

:x (2) Lease. An apartment owner intending to make
a bona fi e ease of his apartment or any interest in
" it shall give to the Aasociation notice of such in-
tention, together with the name and address of the in-
" terxied lessee, such other information concernin~ the
- intended lesaee as the Association may reasonably re-
quire and an executed copy oP the proposed lease.
_ (3) Gift, devise or inheritance; other trar.sfers.

devise or inheritance, or by any other manner n~t pre-
viously considered, shall give to the Aasociation notice

mation concerning the apartment owner as the Asaociation
may reasonably require, and a certitied copy of the in-
