CONSENT AND JOINDER OF t~ATGAGEE

of Condominium and which are being submitted to the Condominium Regime ~
known as COIANNADES CONDOMINIUMS NO. 4 does hereby consent to arxi ~oin
in the submission of said real property and improvements to the Condo-
minium Regime known as COIANNADES CONDOMIIVIUMS NO. 4 in accordance
with the terms, provisions and corxiitiona of the Poregoing Declaration
of Condominium establishing same, all to the erxi th~t said martgage
will henceforth encwnber each arid every of the Private Dwelling in
said Condominium.
This Consent and Joinder in the foregoing Declaration of Condominium
shall be binding upon the undersigned, and our successors and assigns.
