COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION N0. 4, INC.

corporation not for profit under the laws of the State oP Florida, `
organized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 711, Florida Statutes

1963, hereinaPter referred to as the "Condominium Act". t
~ 1.1 The office of the Association ahall be at 1323 Bayshore
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida.
~ 1~.2 The fiscal year oP the Association ahall be the
calendar year.
1.3 The seal of the AssoCiation shall bear the name

s oP the corporation, the word "Florida", the words "corpora-

~ tion not for profit", and the year of inc~rporation. }

2. Members' meetings.
` 2.1 The annual members' meeting shall be held at the :

~ . office of the Association at 1323 Bayshore Drive, Fort Pierce,

~ on the second Thursday of November of each year, for the
~ purpose of electing directors and transacting any other
~

~ business authorized to be transacted by the members; pro-

vided, hawever, iP that day is a legal holiday, the meet-

ing shall be held at the same hour on the next day that is

not a holiday.

2.2 Specia~ members' meetings shall be held whenever
_ . called by the President or Vice-President or by a ma~ority ~

: of the Board of Directors, and must_be called by such officers ;
