unit shall be designated by a certificate signad by
the Pres~dent or Vice-President and attested by tre
~ecretary or Assistant Secretary of th~ corporation
and filed with the Secre~ary of the Association. Such
certificates shall be valid until revoked or until
superseded by a subsequent certificate or until a
change in the ownership of the condominium unit con-
cerned. k certificate designating the person entitled ~
to cast the vote of a condominium unit may be revoked
by ar~y owner of a condo:ninium unit. If such a certifi-
cate is not on file, the vote of such owners shall not
~ be consid ered in determining tne requirem~ent for a

2.6 Proxies. Votes m.ay be cast in person or by praxy.
