2.9 Proviso. Provided, however, that until the ~eveloper
has completed all of the contemplated improverr,ents and closed
the sales of all of the condominium units, or until ane (1)
year from the date the Declaration of Condominium is recorded,
or until the Developer elects to terminate his control of the
Condominiurn whichever shall first occur, the proceedings o£
all meetings of inembers of the Association shall have no effect
unless approved by the Board of Directbrs.
3. Directors.
3.1 wembership. The affairs of the ?,ssociation sh~ll be :
managed by a Board of Directors who shall be members of tY~e ~

; Association, excepting that the first Board of ~irectors shall
~ consist of three (3) directors who need not be rr~mbers of the ~
