deed, and such amendment shall be effective V~hen
recordeci in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
(d) Until the £irs~ election of directors, and so long
as zhe initial directors designated in the Certificate
of Incorporation shall remain in office, proposal of an
amendment and approval thereof shall require only tr.e
affir.~native action of all of the said original di: ectors
and no meeting of the condominium unit owners nor any
approval thereof need be had. t

8.1 Proviso. Provided, however, that no amendrr,~nt shall

~ discriminate against any condominium unit owner nor against any
