Notice. Construction. This Lease shall be construed arrd interpreted ~ in accordance w e law9 of the State of Florida. ; 31. Severability. Captions and Titles. In the ; event of a voluntary or involuntary termination of the Lessee, wherein - the Condominium is not likewise terminated, the successor association ~ to the I.essee, organized or constituted according to the applicable stat- ~ utes of the State of Florida as contained in the Condorrdnium Act, shall ~ assume and shall be charged with all o~ the duties, obligations and re- ~ sponsibilities of the Lessee hereunder. In the event of a voluntary or involuntary termitlation of the Condominium all of those persor~s owning ~ a condominium uni t as of the date of termination of the Condominium ~ shall automatically arxi by operation of the Lease 3ointly and severally ~ constitute the Lessee hereunder and shall ~ointly and severally be ob- ~ ligated to perrorm each and every of the Lessee's covenants and prom- ises and undertakings herein provided for.
