34. Waiver o; Rights. The failure of the Lessor to enforce atLy
covenant, obl3gat on or a~reement of the Lessee herein contained shall
not constitute a waiver of the right to do eo t}~reafter, nor shall it
conatitute a waiver oP the right to enforce any other covenant, obli-
gation or agreement herein contained.
35. Amcndments. Once recorded, this Ninety-Nine Year Lease may
not be amen e excep by instrument in writing executed by tr.e parties
hereto, duly recorded in the Public Recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida.
36. Copies. A~opy of this Ninety-Nine Year Lease shall be ex- ~
hibited or ~Ie
3~v"'ered to each person contracting to acquire a condomi- '
nium unit in the Condominium from the Developer, for the purpose of ~
making full disclosure of all of the terms and provisions hereof . Each
such person expressly agrees and consents that minor changes, deletions,
additions and amendments may be made to this Le~se prior to the record-
. ation thereof, and without further advice or notice to such person,
for the purpose of correcting typographical errors, complying vrith the
requirements of an 3nstitutional mortgagee, or for other reason, pro-
. vided such deletion, addition and/or amendment shall not materially '
. adversely affect the rights•of such person oP the Lessee hereunder.
37. Gender and Use of Singular or Plural. Wherever the context
hereoP so requ res or pe s e use o e singular shall include the
plural, and the uae of the plural shall include the singular; and the
~ use of ar~y gerxier shall include all genders. '
