Layout 17. The Landlord shall, at its oRn cost and expense, arrange the Premises in accot+dance with

of governmental suthorities having jurisdiction and, at its own cost and espense, shall obtain any permits
and certificates of appro~•al which may be required. It ihe afomsxid v?ork is to be per(ormed during the
time thai the Tenant is in possession of the Premises, the Landlord shall also, prior to the commencement
of sui~1 work, furnish the Tenant with certiScates of insurance as e~•idence that the Landlord has procured
and maintains 1~'orkmen's Compensation Insurance, Public Liability Insurance and Yroperty Damage
I~~surance in amounts and in form satisfactory to the Tenani.
Signa 18. Permission is hereby gi~•en the Tenant to letter the doors and windows of the Premises and to
af~x its standani signs and plaques to the Building. Such signs and plxques shail remain the pmperty
of the Tenant and shxll be remo~•able at its election.
Optiona 19. It is expressly understood and agrered that at the expuation of this Lease the Tenant shall have
the option of ot?e eYtensio~ of its tenancy for 3 years ]E~K on the same terms
and conditions as herein contained. ,
