If any one or all of ' ihe aforesaid payments remain unpaid for a period of 7 days or more, then ihe MORTGAGEE can at it S = option, without further notice declare the balance due under this mortgage due and payable in full at once and forthwith place the matter in the hands of an attorney for colledion or enforcement. The pro- ceeds of the said reiinancing shall be applied against the unp3id balance due hereunder. ~ .a; (6) The MORTGAGOR herein will be at the request of the MORTGAGEE herein acknowledge, in writing, ~ the existence of this mortgage and the amount stil) due thereon on a estoppel form provided for fhis pur- ~ pose by the MORTGAGEE . t7) Failure on the pa~t of the MORTGAGOR to comply with, perform, or abide by any of the agreements, _ stipulations, conditions and covenants as set forth above in sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, empowers the MORT- ~ ~ GAGEE herein, at his option, to declare the entire balance due hereunde~, to be due and payable at once i - without notice. Failure of the MORTGAGEE herein to exercise this option at any time shall not constitute a wsiver of the right to exercise this option at some later time.
