KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS ; ~ S8 ~~7Z

WHEREAS, INDIAN RIVER TRADING CORPORATION OF FLORIDA, a Florida
corporation having a place of business in Fort Pierce, Fl~rida, is
the owner and holder of..that certain final judgment entered by the
Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and
for Palm Beach County in-Law Cas~ No. 64L737 E under date of August 18,
1966 in favor of O. J. Powell, trading and doing business as O. J.
Powell Company; and E. C. Collins, Jr., Plaintiffs vs. Consolidated
Development Corporation, a Florida corporation; DAD~ Inc., a Florida
corporation, and EZE, Inc., a Florida corporation, as defendants, in
the amount of $7,500.00 and costs and filed on the public records of
Palm Beach County, Florida on August 25, 1966 with a certified copy
thereof being thereafter filed on August 29, 1966 on the public records •
of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 153 at page 462, together
with an amendment to such final judgment entered by the same Court in
the sar:ie case between the same parties on September 9, 1966, and after
being filed on the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida, a
certified copy of which was filed on the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in O. R. Book 155 at page 261; which final judgment
as amended was thereafter assigned unto Indian River Trading Corpora-
tion of Florida by assignment of judgment dated April 22, 1968 and
recorded on the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O. R.
Book 173 at page 646; and
WHEREAS, DAD, INC., one of the defendants aforesaid, has requested
this corporation to release the premises hereinafter described from the
lien and operation of said judgment,
~ NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that Indian River Trading Corporation of
Florida, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $lO.Od, to
f it in hand paid by, or on behalf of, the said judgment debtor at the time
~ of the execution hereof, the receigt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
' remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and
~ operation of said final judgment and the amendment thereto unto the said
; DAD, Inc., its successors and assigns, real property situate in St.
; Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:

~ Lot S, Block 49, BILTMORE PARK, a subdivision as per
; plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4 at page 52 of
- the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, with the appurtenances, unto the
ti said judgment debtor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonera-
~ ted and discharged of and from the lien of said judgment and every part
~ thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained
ri shall in any wise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or encum-
brance of the aforesaid judgment on any other property of the judgment
debtors, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies
~ of the holder thereof.
