to as Grantor, and ORMAND D. MOORE, RUTH E. MOORE and CAROLE
INKR(~TT as "_`rustee, under agreement dated May 16, 1969 hereinafter
referred to as Trustee-
WITt•1ESSETH , Grantor , in cons ic~eration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
to him in hand paid, receipt of ti~hich is-hereby acknowledged,
herehy grant, bargain, sell and convey to Trustee, the following
described property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to

1. The Trustee is vested with full rights of ownership
