EASEMENT
THIS INDENTU1tE, made this ~t9 day of ~ ~..,~e~ 1971,
between tZAYNA ENTErtPRISES, INC., a Florida corporation, (Grantor)
as grantor, and CITY OF FOAT PIERCE, a municipal corporation of the
State of Florida, (Grantee) as grantee.
WITNESSETH:
A. Whereas, Grantor is the owner in fee of a tract of land
in the City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,
which tract of land is described as follows:
South 15 feet of Lot No. 8, Block No. 53,
SAN LUCIE PLAZA Unit No. 1 subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 5, Page S7, Public
Records, St. Lucie County, Florida.
B. Whereas, Grantor has requested Grantee to maintain any
and all electric facilities now or hereinafter located within a portion
of saidc land described above; and
C. W'hereas, Grantee will maintain the facilities at its ~

; sole cost and expense; and

~ D. Whereas, Grantee is ~3esirous of obtaining an easement

for its mainten~nce of the facilities, in accordance with all

~ applicable local, state and national code and regulations,

NOW THEREFORE, £or and in consideration of the mutual

benefits hereunder and all mutual covenants and conditions contained

herein, Grantor does hereby grant and convey to Grantee, for such

period of time as it may require the use of the premises or until

the use thereof is abandoned by Grantee, the non=exclusive right,

; priviZege and easement to (1) maintain the facilities located on, ~

over, across, through and under said Easement; and (2) attain ingress '

and egress to and upon ~he said Easement for the purpose of exercising
- the rights and privileges herein granted. ~
