KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the indebtedness N

secured by and described in that certain mortgage given by ~
FLORIDA FREEDOM NEWSPAPERS, INC., a Florida corporation, to 0
PERRY PUBLICATIONS INC., a Florida corporation, bearing date
the 3rd day of July, 1969, recorded in Official Records Book
178, page 2383, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the following described
property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit:
PARCEL 1: Lots 1 and 2, Block 12, of Pinewood Subdivision,
as per the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, page 24, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together
with the easternmost 10 feet of the 20 foot alley adjoining
Lots 1 and 2, which alley was abandoned by the City of Fort
Pierce on the 9th day of July, 1956, by Ordinance No. D-120.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the easement reserved by the City of
Fort Pierce under such ordinance for utility purposes, in-
cluding water mains and sewer mains for drainage.
c PARCEL 2: Lots 14, 15, 16, and 17, Block 30, of Pinewood
; Subdivision as per the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5,
~ page 24, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
; together with all rights, title and interest of the Grantor
? in and to that certain 20 foot alley lying between Lots 14 and

15, and Lots 16 and 17, above described which was abandoned
: by the City of Fort Pierce on the 24th day of November 1947 by

Ordinance No. C-118; excepting therefrom the West 7 feet of
~ said Lots 16 and 17 for rights-of-way for public roads, if
~
= any. -

~ has been fully paid and discharged and that the said mortgage has
~
~ been fully satisfied and that the Clerk of said Circuit Court is

= hereby directed to cancel the same of record.
