The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed
and execution of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee,
acknowledqes receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium de-
scribec~ above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits, and
ti:at conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
~~irther hereby ratify, confii-m and approve all of said provisions

E as filed for record in Official Records Book 189 on pages 1829 through
= 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the acts

i ing and enterinq into said Lease) The Grantee agrees to be bound by all
~ of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said
= provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby im-
~ press~s a lien upon the land and real property described above, as
~ security for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of

Condominium and its ex'r.ibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
~ that said Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract
~ ex~cuted by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and inducemen~s concerning the purchase by the Grantee
