THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Plaintiff's swoYn
Complaint and Plaintiff's Mation for Summary Final Judgment, together
with Affidavits in support thereof, and the Court finding that a default
has been duly entered against the Defendant~and that Plaintiff is
entitled to judgment, it is

in favor of the Plaintiff is superior to the rights and claims of the
