ALFRED OLIVER, as Ancillar y Executor o~ the Estate of Maria C. Oliver,

MARGARET R. TORIZ, his wife,
party of the second part, whose address is 436 - 53rd Street, West '

Florida, dated the 20th day of December, 1971, and in consideration

($8,800.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms ;
to the party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever, °
that certain real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows:
The North 106 feet of the South 309 feet of Government I,ot 2,
Section 18, ~ownship 36 South, Range 41 East, the NW corner
of said land being~224.61 feet South, as measured along the
range line between Ranges 40 and 41 East, of the SW corner
- of that certain tract of land situate in said Government Lot 2 s
as per sketch of survey by R. H. Hart, C.E., dated January
14-15, 1920, filed February 27, 1920 in Plat Book 4 at page 2
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Railway and State Road 707 (Indian River Drive).
