EXECUTRIX DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this ~7 ~ day of January, 1972, between MAEJDE
DIERLAM, as Executrix of theEstate of WILLIAM CROOKSHANK, Deceased, Grantor,
joined by her husband, LAWRENCE A. DIERLAM, and the following Grantees, as
tenants in common: MAUDE DIERLAM, individually, and as Guardian fox CRAIG
DIERL-AM, a minor, of 610 Southwest First Court, Hallandale, Florida; WILLIAM
DIERLAM, of 1652 Madison Street, Hollywood, Florida; and CLIFFORD DIERLAM,
of 25 Bay Fourteenth Street, Brooklyn, New York:
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, by virtue of the power and authority to her given in
the Last Will and Testament of said decedent, has granted, bargained, aliened,
remised, released, conveyed, and confirmed, and by these presents does grant,
bargaiq alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees, their
heirs and assigns forever, an undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest each
respectively, in and to the following described land, situate,lying and being
in the County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot Five (5), Block 152, LAI~WOOD PARK UNIT 11, as
recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 32A, 32B, 32C, 32D
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenan-
ces thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining; and the reversion and
reversi~ns, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and
also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
~ demand whatsoever, both in law and in equity, which the Testator had in his
; lifetime, and at the time of his decease, and which the Grantor has by virtue
~ of the said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of, in and to the above
~ granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the Grantees, their
~ heirs or assigns forever.
