ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT OF SALE AND AGREEMF.NT FOR DEED

THIS ASSIGNMENT OF AGREEMENT FOR DEED~ made this day of January, 1972,
by EARL TRAVIS and EILEEN TRAVIS, his wife, of North Rose~ New York, parties
of the first part, in consideration of the aum of $10.00 and other valuable
considerations, received fron or on behalf of EVE SALISBURY, whose address is
418 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, party of the second part, does
hereby grant, bargain, sell, asaign, tranafer aad aet over unto the aaid
party of the second part all their right, title and intereat in and to that
certain Contract of Sale and Agreement for Deed dated t~fay 1, ~969, recorded
March 30, 19~0 in Official Record Book 183, page 2241, from Walter Holzvorth.
and Shirley Jean Holsvorth, his Wife, parties of the first part therein, in
favor of Earl Travis and Eileen Travis, hia Wife, with respect to the folloWing ~
described piece or parcel of land and the improvements thereon, in the County ~
of St. Lucie and the State of Florida~ to-witz
Lot 16, Block 1, FJRT PIERCE HIGNLANDS UNIT 1,
a3 per Plat thereof on f ile in Plat Book 10, at
page 29, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

And the parties of the second part hereof, by the acceptance of this Assignment, }
agree to assuane and pay the balance of the sum due thereon, in accordance with `
the terms of the sforesaid Agreement for Detd. -
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the second part, their
heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns forever.
