This is a Purchase Money Mortgage and is inferior to the first mort
gage held by-Citizens Federal Savings & Loan Association of St. Lucie

~gagors herein assume and agree to pay.

' In the event that the mortgagor defaults in any payment of conditio

~ event of any default in a prior mortgage so as to cause such prior
