THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the I day of ,7anuasy~,_~
A.D. 1972 . by WINDMILL VILLAGES OF AMERICA, IN a Florida corporation
hereinafter called the Grantor, to
Robert J. Phillips and Alice M. Phi2lips, his wife
whose post office address is:
RFD, Richmond, Vermont
hereinafter called the Grantee; which terms Grantor and Grantee shall
include and bind all parties to this instrument, their successors,
assigns, heirs, executors and legal representatives.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars and for other good and valuable considerations, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto Grantee, all that
certain land and real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, de-
scribed as follows:
UNIT NO. 145 of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM
NO. 1 acco~ to the Declaration of Condominium thereof
as recorded in Official Reeords Book I89, on pages 1887
through 2007, inclusive, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
