KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that ATLANTIC RICHFIELD
CORPORATION, successor to Sinclair Refining Company, the plaintiff in
the above styled cause, and the owner and holder of a final
judgment entered in said cause against the defendant Maynard
Herbert Smith, Jr. and in favor of the plaintiff Sinclair Refining ~

Company, in the original principal sum of Four Hundred Sixty- ;

Three and 98/100 Dollars ($463.98), to which costs were added ;
in the sum of Eleven and 50/100 Dollars ($11.50), which said

judgment is dated the 14th day of July, 1963,~and is recorded in
~ O.R. Book 65, page 18, of the public records of St. Lucie County,

I Florida, acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said
