East which lies West of a line parallel with and 2,640 feet West ~

In the event the Mortgagor is unable to make the payments secured
hereby, the Mortgagor shall quit-claim the property to Mortgagee and
Mortgagor's indebtedness to Mortgagee shall solely be interest on ,

In the event the above described real property is sold, the Mortgage }
