sworn, deposes and says:
That his name is C~STER B. GRIFFIN; that the instru-
ment recorded among the public records of St. I,ucie County,
Florida, in O. R. Book ! 9 O at page yQ , satisfying a
mortgage from John Hansen, a single adult, to Helena M.
iiatzes, contained an erroneous book and page number for
the Mortgage Deed dated March 6, 1968, and that said erroneous

reference was a scrivener's error. Said Satisfaction ~
of Mortgage should have satisfied a Mortgage appearing in
; O. R. Book 170, at page 2428, rather than O. R. Book 92, at
