to the point of beginning; less the South 80
feet thereof for road right of way.
Said conveyance is to be subject to restrictions,
reservations, easements, and other matters of public re-
cord as of the date of execution of this contract. Said
conveyance will be free and clear of all restrictions,
reservations, easements, and other matters of public re-
cord recorded subsequent to the date of this agreement.
However, Sellers reserve the right to add additional
easements for the purposes of road right of ways to meet

perimeter easement.
