of interest sufficient to amortize the full
remaining principal ($213,750.00) within the
remaining eight (8) years of the first ten
(10) years next succeeding the date of this
Contract. Accordingly said monthly payments
shall be $2,969.00 per month commencing on the
25th month next succeeding the date of this .
Contract and continuing with a like sum on
the same day of each month thereafter until
the full amount of the principal and interest
due on the deferred portions of the purchase
price have been paid.
Prepayment of the principal may be made at any
time or times in whole or in-part after January 1, 1973
provided, however, that any prepaid principal installment
shall be applied towards the payment of the next principal
installment to became due under the above schedule of
principal installments.

I hereinabove provided, SeZlers agree to convey good and

~ marketable fee simple title, with fee simple title in-
~ sured by the Lawyer's Title Guaranty Fund, to Buyer in

~ • (1) Warranty Deeds conveying fee simple title -

~ to portions of the subject property upon payment in

~ accordance with the above schedule will be for tracts

of not less than five (5) acres in size.
