commercial purposes.
(e) There shall not be created or permitted to
exist on any part of the said property any dumping ground,
accumulations of debris, exposed garbage, or any foul
smelling matter whatsoever.
(f) No tents, shacks, or other structure of a
temporary character shall be used as a residence or as
a place of business, temporarily or permanently on any
part of the land (other than temporary structures used
during construction of permanent buildings).
(g) If any person shall violate or attempt

to violate any of the covenants, restrictions or ease-
ments herein, it shall be lawful for any other person or
persons owning any real property situated in said sec-
tions to prosecute any proceedings at law or in equity
against the person or persons violating or attempting to
violate the same and either to prevent him or them from
; so doing or to recover damages for such violations.

` (h) The foregoing restrictions, covenants, bur-

` dens and servitudes shall run with the land and shall re-

~ main in full force and effect until June 1, 1982 at

~ which tim e they shall automatically become null and void

~ and of no further effect.

The payments due under the terms of this contract
shall commen~e thirty (30) days from the date on which
~ the fully executed version of contract is delivered to
~

~ the attorney for the Buyer at the following address:
