THE UNDERSIGNID DEVELOPER, being the owner of all Condominium
Units at COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS NO. 4, a Condominium, according to
the Declaration thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 198 at
Page2833 , Publie Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby amends
the said Declaration of Condominium by deleting Exhibit "8", referred
to in Paragraph 3.1 of the said Declaration, being the graphic des-
cription of the improvements, and substituting in its place and stead
an amended Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
