SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that O. C. PETERSON
and ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce, Florida, as Trustees
Under the Will of FLEM C. DAME, deceased, the owner and holder
of that certain Mortqage Deed executed by WILLIAM Ii. THOMPSON
and MARY A. THOMPSON, his wife, to O. C. PETERSON and ST.
LUCIE COUNTY BANR, Fort Pierce, Florida, as Trustees under the
Will of FLEM C. DAME, deceased, bearing date the 14th day of
May, 1968, recorded in Official Record Book 171, at page 2520,
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, securinq one certain note in the principal
sum of FoXtg-five Hundred and No/100 ($4,500.00) Dollars,
and certain promises and obliqations set forth in said Mort- ~
gage Deed, upon the property situate in said State and County
described as follaws, to wit:
Beqinning at a point on the West line of the
SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 35, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, which point is 1155.36
feet North of the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of .
the NE 1/4 of said section; thence run North
aZong said West line 100 feet; thence run East
parallel with the section line to the shore of
the Indian River; thence in a Southeasterly ~
direction alonq the shore of the Indian River ~
to a point 1155.36 feet North of the South
line of said SE 1/4 of NW 1/4; thence West to
the point of beginning; includinq riparian
rights.
hereby acknowledqe full payment and satisfaction of said note _
and mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and `
j hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court to cancel the
~ same of record.
