THIS INDENTURE, executed the day of 1972, ~
between KATHERINE G. FEE, as Guardian of th operty o izabeth K. ~
Gross, an infirm person , party of the first part and EDWARD A. SPALDING,
party of the second part, whose post office address is; 6035 Krepps Road, St.
Johns, Michigan -48879;
W ITNESSETH:
The part of the first part pursuant to the order of the County Judge's Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated the 26th day of January, 2972, and in con-
sideration of the premises and the sum of $29, 250. 00 in hand paid, grants, bar- i
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of ~
the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property ~
si tuate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: ~

division according to a plat therevf recorded in Plat Book 8~ ~UMENTARY

TOGETHER with stove, refrigerator, washing machine ,

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurten=
ances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAV~ AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part, and to
his heirs and assigns, in fee simple.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the party of the
second part; his heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary and in and ~
about the sale and this conveyance the orders of the aboveinamed Court and the 1
laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects. ~
