3. The Grantee expressly agrees for himself, his heirs,
personal representatives and a~signs, to restrict the height of
structures, objects of na~ural growth and other obstructions on
the above described lands to such a height so as not to exceed
88 feet above mean sea level, or receive approval for a greater
height by submittal of FAA Form 7460-1 to the Federal Aviation
Administration.
4. The Grantee expressly agrees for himself, his heirs,
personal representatives and assigns, to prevent any use of the
above described lands which shall interfere with or adversely
affect the operation or maintenan.~e of the St. Lucie County Air- ~
port.
5. If the Grantee does not construct on said lots a"butler
type" building having an area of not less than 2,500 square feet
and meeting the building requiremQnts of St. Lucie County within
six (6) months from the date of this Deed, the Grantee shall

! reconvey said lots to the Grantor upon the Grantor's refunding to

t Grantee the purchase price.
