I HEREBY CERTIFY, that on this day personally appeared before
me, E. E. GREEN and ROGER POITRAS to me well known and known by
me to be the Chairman and Secretary, respectively, of the Fort
Pierce Port and Airport Aathority, a special taxing 8istrict, and
the persons who executed the foregoing instrument as such officers
of said district for and on its behalf, for the uses and purposes
therein expressed, and that the seal affixed thereto is the
official seal of said district.
