Harris and Hazel J. Harris, his wife, in favor of Harris Construction Corporation dated May 12, 1967 in the amount of $1,750.00 and recorded in O.R.Book 255 at page 549 of the public records of St. Lucie County, FLorida. (b) That certain mortgage deed executed by Franklin A. Harris and Valerie V. Harris, his wife, in favor of Harris Construction Corporation, dated May 12, 1967 in the amount of $1,450.00 and recorded in O.R.Book 256 at page 111 of the public records of St. Lucie County, FLorida. hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said notes and mortgage~deeds, and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the Circuit Court in St. Lucie County, FLorida to cancel same of record.
