appeared ERROL S. WILLES, of the law firm of Willes, Bittan &
Willes, who, being duly sworn, says: That he is a member of the
Zaw firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes, one of the attorneys for
Star Construction Company of Fort Pierce, Florida, Inc., a Florida
corporation, the lienor herein whose address is Route 1, Box 866,

Orange Avenue Extension, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and that in ~
pursuance to a contract with Di-Com Corporation, 2558 Golf Road, ~
Glenview, I1linois 60025, with its principal place of business
in St. Lucie County, Florida, and Jack P. Schleifer, 60 East 42nd ~
Street, New York, New York, the lienor furnished labor and materials ~

on the lands located in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as ~

Lot 79 and the North of Lot 82, Garden

records, less the east and west 25 feet
; thereof for road right-of-way, said land
lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida
owned by Jack P. Schleifer and Di-Com Corporation, the street
address being North 29th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, of a total
, value of Eleven Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Six ($11,126.28) and
28/100 Dollars. The type of work was grading, paving and storm
drainage on the lands hereinbefore described. The lienor fur-

nished the first work and material on November 17, 1970, and the ~

last of the same on November 19, 1971, and that the lienor was ~

in privity with the owner through its officers and agents. The
Notice to the Owner, pursuant to Chapter 713, was furnished by
the lienor for its services and materials furnished.
