to all oil, gas and minerals in, on or under the above described land
as set forth in a Warranty Deed from E. N. BELCHER, et ux, to STRAZZULLA
BROTHERS CO., and dated August ZI, 1952, in Deed Book 275, Page 317,
records of St. Lucie County.
Subject to taxes for the year 1972 and subsequent years.
This conveyance ALSO INCLUDES the entire 197I-72 crop of citrus fruit
from the citrus grove situate on said property, including the proceeds
from the sale of any citrus fruit which has been harvested prior to the
date hereof EXCEPTING 497 boxes of Tangelos.
