That we, JOHN T. GREENE, JR., C. RAHL GEORGE, and WALTER ~
J. GOMEL, as and constitutinq the last Board of Directors of ~
DAC FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., a dissolved Florida corporation, i
as Trustees for the benefit of stockholders and creditors if i
any of said dissolved corporation, hereinafter known as party ;
of the first gart, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) ~
and NO/100 Dollars and other good and valuable considerations ~
received from or on behalf of R. E. SLAY, JR. and BETTY J.
SLAY, his wife, 1610 Oleander Houlevard, Fort Pierce, Florida, ;
33450, hereinafter known as parties of the second part, at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell,
assign, trans£er and set over unto the said parties of the
second part a certain mortgage bearing date the 6th day of May,
1968, made by MERRILL E. WRIGHT and MARY ELLEN WRIGHT, his wife,
in favor of ALL-SOUTH MORTGAGE, INC., a Florida corporation,
and recorded in Official Record Book 171, page 2308, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. upon the following
described piece or parcel of land, situate and being in said
County and State, to-wit:
a
Lot 24, Block 1, of MARAVILLA ESTATES, in Plat
Book 8, Page 77 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage,
and the monies due and to become due thereon, with interest from
the lst day o~ December, 1971.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the
second part, their heirs, legal representatives, successors and
assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the assignors herein have hereunto set
