1 heretofore existing between herself and said Defendant, and ~

4 2. That Plaintiff be, and she hereby is, awarded the ~

5 sole care, custody and control of the minor child of said marriage ~

to wit: RICNARD JOHN CARR, JR.; and Defendant is awarded the `
7 right to visit said minor child at any and all reasonable and
$ proper times and places, including a two week period each summer
9 during the remainder of his minority; that Defendant be, and he
10 hereby is, ordered to pay to Plaintiff for the support and main-
11 tenance of said minor child the sum of Fifty Dollars ~50.00) per
12 month.
13 3, That the property rights of Plaintiff and Def endant
