KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That TARPON VIEW, INC.,
a corporation existing under the law5 of the State of Florida,
party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, received
from or on behalf of ROBERT W. HUNT and JOHN S. HURLBUT, parties
of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over
unto the said parties of the second part a certain mortgage
bearing date the 28th day of April, A.D. 1971, made by WILLIAM W.
ATTERBURY, JR. in favor of TARPON VIEW, INC. and recorded in
Official Records Book 192, page 392, public records of St. Lucie
