N 00°O1'00" W, along the West line of Government Lot 4,
a distance of 510 feet to the centerline of the existing
County Road ~for the Point of B.eginning; thence continue
to run N 00°O1'00" W, along said West line, a distance
of 378.52 feet to the North line of the South 888.52 feet
of said Lot 4; thence run N 89°29'QO" E, along said North
line a distance of 50 feet; thence run S 00°O1'00" E a
distance of 491.57 feet to said road centerline; thence
run N 23°57'20" W, along said road centerline, a distance
of 123.22 feet to the Point of Beginning; subject to
right of way of the existing County Road.
